Rental Period and Guests

Standard rental period is one week beginning at 4:00 PM on Saturday and ending at 11:00 AM the following Saturday.

Total number of people in renting party shall not exceed 8; consisting of maximum 6 adults. 

 

Rental Amount

Total rental amount for the one week period is $3500.00.

Additional Fees, Taxes, and Deposit

• Security Deposit: $500.00 

• Taxes: INCL

Payment

• 50% deposit due at time of booking.

• Full payment and security deposit to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.

• Security deposit to be returned within 10 days after your departure.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations received up to 30 days prior to arrival date.

• 50% refund for cancellations received 14 to 29 days prior to arrival date.

• No refund for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival date.

Quiet Enjoyment

The Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbours respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Guests shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. 

• No parties/events.

• No motorized watercraft permitted on Little Lake (motorboats, jetskis, etc.)

House Rules

Pets 

• No pets of any kind are permitted on the premises.

Smoking

• Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Damage

• You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
